My Chemical Romance has announced the second leg of their massive 2007 tour. U.K. superstars Muse will open the second leg of the trek, which begins in Houston on April 14 and wraps up in Portland, OR on May 22. The first leg of the tour, with Rise Against supporting, gets underway on February 22 in Manchester, NH.
