By DJC Staff Pac/West Communications announced its expansion into Idaho and Eastern Washington with the opening of a regional office in Coeur d’Alene. The new office will be headed up by Stefany Bales, who joins the firm this month as vice president.

Heat return to .500 mark with win over Portland 
The defending NBA champion Miami Heat returned to the .500 mark for the first time since November by beating the Portland Trail Blazers 104-85 on Tuesday.

Impressive numbers don’t help Zach Randolph to get chosen in All-Star game
